VIP Airport Arrival Service:

This service is offered for passenger of all flights, any airline companies, arriving the International Airport Ngurah Rai Denpasar Bali. The VIP Airport Service includes express passing for the passenger Visa On Arrival (VOA) Counter, passport control and also sanitary control, in case if necessary, accompanied by a representative of our office. The service is offered to you at the arrival terminal for individual or group travelers. VIP Airport Arrival Service will allow you to save about 50 minutes of your precious time at the airport and as to avoid every possible difficulty at customs house. No hussle or long time waiting. Our representative will accompany with you from the arrival hall to pick up zone (and on the contrary), solving all formalities caused by the official registration of your papers, delivery of luggage, etc

Procedure on Arrival:
Our friendly staff waits you at the arrival hall before the VOA counter with a sign with your name on it. Just a few seps out of the airplane. You should handover your passport, arrival card, money for buying Visa on Arrival if is required ( US$ 10 for 7days of stay or US$25 for 30 days of stay ). The passenger together with our staff goes down to the passport control which is passed through out of turn. After that the passenger picks up their luggage on a first-come, first-served basis. Then you are guided with our staff quick through the customs, (our staff will accompany you to avoid every possible difficulties at customs) and come out to the airport’s pick up zone. Our staff brings the passenger to the driver or travel agend representive.

Airport VIP Departure Service:
For all passengers of all flights, any airline. You should come up to Departure terminal at least two hours before the departure time and meet our Airport VIP Guide. You should handover your tickets, passport, airport tax (Rp. 150.000 per Pers.) and check in baggage to our staff. Then our VIP airport Guid together with you go to the departure area for formalities procedure and check-in. - You will guide quick through the customs control, registration and passport control. Your VIP attendant guide you to the waiting room or to VIP Lounge (additional order). The boarding is performed without assistance.
This VIP Departure Service for only: USD 15 per person.

Term & Condition (VIP Arrival / Departure Service):

1. Rate is quoted in USD, can be paid in Indonesian Rupiah or major currency after convert to the existing exchange rate.
2. A minimum 2 (two) person is required to book this service.
3. 50% surcharge of the rate will be applied for single traveler.
4. Booking Policy :
- Required to make booking in writing by fax or email correspondence.
- Griyasari Tours will provide a written confirmation by fax or email in return
- Flight details and number of participant is required for your booking.

5. Payment should be settled on arrival ( or in advance by credit card )

VIP Lounge at Airport:
'This service is offered for all passenger of all flights, any airline companies leaving the International Airport Ngurah Rai Denpasar Bali. With our service voucher You have access to the VIP Dewata Lounge at the departure terminal just before the flight gates with free drinks, free food and snacks, free internet terminals, comfortable lounge chairs and air strip view.
This service cost you just USD 18 per person.
